Newbie here. I've read some threads and done some research on keto dieting for fat loss. I plan on starting this week. I've also done some research on weight training programs, and with my busy schedule, I've determined that HIT is a good schedule for me to work with. I was looking for anyone's opinion on how I should combine HIT with a Keto diet for fat loss. I was going to lift weights on Monday (upper body) and Thursday (lower body) while doing cardio for 40 mins. the other days of the week.
Any thoughts?
