Strong 'medium' day on the shoulders! 135 for upright rows is impressive (even though I hate the exercise), and nice heavy SOHPs and shoulder presses. Great effort with 'dodgy' shoulders!
And that is one awesome pond! I bet that took a good while to clean out!"Better to wear out than rust out!"

the pond is rather nice. im tons faster cleaning it now then when i took over the duty a few years ago
dont have cake batter. but i did like the vanilla.
(my only complaint is too much carbs and fat but oh well)

Koi Pond? that is dope! you live in hawaii or something? mirin' the koi pond (srsly). I dig that chit
solid shoulder work. 155s on OHP followed by 80s on DB is a legit day fa sure.
and 1.5 scoops for pre-workout- I find that is pretty much the sweet spot for me, regardless of what Pre-workout I take (even if it's just coffee!)

For having a bum shoulder, you did great on the pressing movements I think.
Would be very interested to see where you can take it if your shoulder heals up/you rehab it.
Dope Koi pond. Reminds me of the garden my host family had the first time I went to Japan in highschool. I love Japanese gardens, so awesome!
Here's a pic I took at Daitokuji in Kyoto
I love rock gardens tooAwesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

Killer day RB, 135 upright rows is nasty as well as the presses.
I used to train at a golds in mi years ago that had a koi pond in it. It was really nice, you had to walk over the pond on a bridge to get from the front area to the gym. Very cool but way too nice for me, L take HIL's pit over golds any day.Distal Biceps Tendon tear crew. (07/15/19)

If this (insert whatever trivial thing that is upsetting me) is the worst thing to happen today, I'm going to have a great day.

That is a beautiful koi pond! I'd love something like that, but would have to move somewhere warmer.
