I have to be careful combining to many pump ingredients, especially if I am using a GDA... Sometimes the PUMP can be too much.... Due to certain other
"sups" I am on I get 24 hr pumps, but when combined with pump products, It becomes painful if I go a bit overboard (2+ scoops of GPLC, 1 1/2-2 servings of a PWO, other things I take that give you pumps... Plus stuff I can't discuss on here, I get crazy long pumps.... GPLC is probably THE best product for pumps I have used tho... I think mixing 1.5g of gplc, with some stims+focus ingredients, some beta-alanine 2-3g, 3-7g of citrulline malate, 1-200mg of Novaline, 250-500mg of agmatine, 1-2g of Trimethylglycine, some Taurine (500-1000mg) some vit c + 500mg of other antioxidants, some vitamins (b-12 etc), minerals for boosting electrolytes, and NO CREATINE would make a sick pwo (you would have to nail the stim/focus aspect obviously) It would be expensive, but GREAT!

I'll also admit that sometimes I use too many supps for a pump that it is literally a battle to keep going at the gym. But a good problem to have in my opinion.

I was on my way to make an order & came across this and doing some research across the boards. I would be down to try some GlycoEnergy N.O. Boost, watermelon. I used a good deal of pump products and I am looking for something that will give me that full, dry, vascular look. If this product can do it then I am all in.
