    Left Tricep < Right Tricep

So my left tricep is smaller than my right. I think its just from playing ball and being right handed, and well.. the other thing maybe. So anyone had this problem before and worked through it, or is it just genetics and just build mass to avoid it? Any help on this would be awesome

Yeah, dominant sides of the body are usually bigger than the other.
(Don't do extra sets or reps with the weak side, if you are doing dumbbells do the weak side first then do the strong side with the same reps)

This is exactly what I do. If I can only lift X amount of weight for X amount of reps/sets with my less dominant side, then that's what I do for my dominant as well. Compound lifts don't really abide by this, though. Well, not only because it's impossible but .... yeah, you catch my drift. Although sometimes during bench my left hasn't gone up as fast as my right, but as stated above, that can be corrected with dumbbells.

Anyone have any insight to anybody experiencing less atrophy on their less dominant sides, but equal strength? How would you correct that? (E.g: you can lift the same for both sides but one side is smaller).

Your left side is bisexual? So it like, gives handjobs, but your right side doesn't? Amirite?

If it's within about a minute of being posted that you edit, it doesn't register as a full edit.

I think if you are right handed, then naturally your right arm will be slightly bigger. Just because you will use it more and vice versa for left handed people. Bigger you get, the less you will notice it.
