Obviously im not expecting huge increases in strength, but I wondered when I could expect some increase in stregnth and endurance.
I gave into peer presure from this site and bought Uni's Liver Tabs, have been using for 1 day now. -- 9 a day.

I think what you'll notice more is recover ability. At least thats been my experience. Like, you won't feel as sore the next day after a workout. It's one of those supplements you won't notice as much until you stop using it.........You'll be more sore and sluggish the next day....ect....You may even pick up a few lbs while supplementing with liver tabs. Hope that helps.
