You were powering through those reps! Strong and built like a tank
Mirin' those war wounds and you didn't just bump into the shins you dragged the bar from bottom to top. Form must have been spot on!
Nah.....those forearms are big, it's just that the gunz are hyooge! At 6'4 you must be busting the tape at close to 19"

Well, I've been hanging out around here for about a year now. I wasn't going to post pics until next spring when I get closer to where I want to be. But here goes anyway. Currently doing a 250 cal a day surplus bulk, so abs are getting a little blurry, but I guess it will be worth it come spring cut.

Well I do train at 5am and it's not very busy at that time and those same three ladies are there every day same time as me. I have noticed them in at least two of my vids.
I think they're around my age, and if not, younger, so I dunno if I would consider them old. They also are quite consistent and don't train like dummies, so they get more respect from me than most.
Yes there are men in my gym but most of them don't go near the squat racks; they are on the other side of that mirrored partition doing their 25 lb dumbbell curls and side bends and ab crunches.
Thanks everyone.Insta: flexjs

Haha! Yes I did a competition this past summer. I came in too small and too lean but still placed 3rd in both figure tall and masters figure. I looked much better 3 weeks out than on stage. Lesson learned. I am aiming for a contest in July 2013. It's a bigger show than last year and it's in the town I live in (so more people I know will be attending). I'm most definitely on a mission! My cut is scheduled to start February 1st. I hope I've got more mass under there and can maintain it through the cut this time.
As for the E-girlfriend... you'll have to get my husband's ok on that one.
... Brb, now I'm stalking YOURS.
Dude that is SICK!!!
