Ok, can any of you guys tell me how to set my MFP macro goals to just zero, I am stuck with the whole ratio bullchit and just want them out of the way, I just want them all set to zero but they just readjust.....anyone help me out here?

I always had to do mine on the computer or internet browser (google/safari will work), then I think you go into you goals under the food/diary option and set your caloric intake to what you want and your macros to what you want. I just set everything to zero.

Thats where I have been going man, only gives me options to change cal intake, then the ratio split...wont let me just set it to zero...ah well, I can live with it I suppose lol.

If it lets you change caloric intake then change the caloric intake to zero. You can also adjust the goal micro and macro nutrients as well.

Trying to save up if i find a job out of state next Fall. Hopefully find something in the Carolina's
Cannot stand the cold weather and seasons up north. (in the US)

Makes for an easy day no doubt.
