They are short and dont let themselves get too big. I think Flex said the most he gets to is 230. They look much bigger than 212 though lol

Jose beats Ahmad both days and if you ask me its quite obvious but judges are doing everything not put them side by side and they will probably give Ahmad 2nd. Jose looks sooo much better than last year, its one of his best packages. I think he might even win couple poses against Flex

If you compare Phils gut to Ronnie and Jay it really is nothing. But compared to the old Phil its huge. Phil use to have great abs.

Cutler has always have tight midsection, even when he was off. Always. Not see him once have a distention. And he has so much more width and mass on Phill.
Ronnie you just can`t comment, cause he has 50 or even 60 pounds on Phill. Still the gut he starting to have after 2003 wasn`t good, but it`s a less of a problem, when you are so big and wide.
It`s one thing when you are 280-290, it`s complete other, when you are a kinda small and narrow compare to the other - 240 pounds probably and have such a distenton gut.
But i expect much from someone who said Phill have better chest then Ramy.
