You're absolutely right. And everyone has their turds. But if I told a female to "hurry the fuck up" I'd have an EO complaint stapled to my forehead before the ruckmarch ended.
And it really is inevitable she will bang someone in the platoon. Then that guy "claims" her until she bangs someone else then I got drama on a whole new level.

I don't think they should be on the front lines at all but as sniper teams they could work. Russia had a whole bunch of hot girls as snipers on the eastern front in WW2 and they were apparently pretty deadly.
and even if an female olympic athlete can clean and jerk 250 pounds or whatever it is a male could do more and/or better.

The thing that really angers me is that the people who support this are people who have never served in the military so they're talking out of their ass about having women out there, meanwhile military brothers are adamant about keeping them away since females are inferior to men in terms strength, mental toughness, etc (which I agree with 100%)

I think there are plenty of motivated males that can replace below average unmotivated males; without having to change the entire infrastructure of combat-arms MOSes while we are still fighting a war.
I think the only reason that people want to allow women into combat arms is exactly that; to allow women into combat arms.
This is not a good enough reason as the only purpose of the military is to win battles and wars; not to cater to peoples emotions or what they feel they are entitled to.

I only wish I could neg you again.
Yup.
For the infinitesimally small number of females that would enhance the branch and the much larger population of those that won't... why do this? In the name of being politically correct? Because it certainly isn't in the name of making it a better fighting force. There is no gain, and certain loss, in lethality of these units by doing this.#ABGT

Just like mentally handicapped people have never amounted to anything? What about the kid who swished a half court bball shot on video? We're not talking 1 in a million longshots, we're talking day to day activities doing more harm than good to the organization. And for what? So a handfull of women can STILL not attain the rank of General and no longer have an excuse as to why?

main issue with it making units potentially worse is due to male ego and superiority complex
protective instincts and female hygiene issues are also up there
Strong amount of misogyny hate in this thread thinking ALL women are mentally weak, have crappy hand eye coordination, lack dedication, lack basic reasoning skills, etc.

only reason they are pushing for this is because of the "Equal bs" there are just some things that only men should do, and that's war.
only reason why men should fight and not women: Testicles, testosterone.
Would you rather fight against a squad of 6 male navy seals or a squad of 3 male and 2 female navy seals? I'd take the latter.

It doesn't matter about the ease with which ruck marches are completed, what matters is that is is completed and with all supplies necessary to execute the mission. Which generally means those packs are heavy as sh!t. The simple fact is women CANNOT carry those heavy loads. While a full kit might weigh 65lbs and therefore be like 38% of my body weight, it is going to be a significantly higher percentage of a woman's body weight because the fact is, their pack will weigh almost the same.
