I started lifting 5 weeks ago. I started cardio 2 months ago (Started out just running a mile everyday). Now that i've incorporated lifting in my exercising, i lift 4 days a week and cardio (now i run 2 miles each session or 45 min. on the bike) the other 3 days of the week. In the first month of cardio I lost like 4 pounds due to fat loss. When I started lifting the second month, after 5 weeks of lifting with creatinei gained 5 lb. For creatine, i've been taking cell mass. I've also been taking ON whey protein and NO-Xlode. Im at 5'10" 160 right now and i would say about 10% bf. I hope to get to 170 by christmas while maintaing 10% or less bf.
