I am looking to update my supplement cupboard and want feedback on what supplement(s) you think is the best to take to gain muscle mass fast? Which ones have worked for you?
(This is of course while maintaining a clean diet and training program. )

Im having good results with the All American EFX brand. I was using reg creatine mono before which worked great, but i am very susceptible to bloat and water retention even at low doses. Since ive been taking kre-alkalyn, ive dried out a lot and am still holding all my mass (and gaining to). It will be my staple creatine supplement from now on. Just as an FYI, I saw better results at taking 4 pills a day as opposed to the recommended 2 pills a day. Others have had similar results from higher doses from what ive read on this forum.

Kre-alk won't work any faster or differently than creatine monohydrate. It's just creatine.
.... 13 bananas a day.... you need a lot more help than supp advice.
But I'll tell you this. Your body will only build a tiny amount of muscle at a time. Don't expect much more than about 12lb in a year, even that may not happen. You may, if you're a total noob to working out, gain a bit more than that... but it's doubtful.
You can, however, gain 50lb in a year or more... it will just mostly be fat.Latest Reviews:

The only way you will get stronger is by training with a stronger partner.
If you need to grunt while moving some heavy ass weight in the gym, go for it. I probably can't hear you anyway since I have some Black Sabbath turned to 11 in my ears.
But grunting in the locker room, especially from behind a stall door, is just fooking disturbing. Please refrain.

Hey,
I've been having amazing results with stacking ON 100% whey protein, Rivalus Helix 24 and Rivalus Enpulse. I've been using this stack for 3 months and my body is transforming on a weekly basis . I started at 175lbs and am now sitting at 230. Although it may be allot of weight with less muscle that's fine for now cause for someone like me who was 175 at 6'3 (the tall skinny guy) needs the weight to build the muscle. But again amazing stack.
