I've had it. I get it at a local health food store sometimes. It's really yummy, but I don't know how healthy it is since it's processed - though it does not contain any trans fats. I eat it when I feel like cheating but don't want all the fats and calories from natural peanut butter. Wonder is only 100 calories per 2 tbs and I think has 2.5g of fat, but it has 13g of carbs (2 of which are from sugar).
Eat me, I have no fat

I remember eating this several years ago when I couldn't stand the taste of natural peanut butter. Like Alpha said, it's still processed so I'm not sure how much healthier it is for you.

After eating it for awhile I started to love the taste of natural peanut butter and haven't turned back since.

do you guys think it's better than peanut butter though? I know it has 13 carbs, but low fat jif has 15 and it doesn't contain any saturated fat grams. Only 2 sugars verses 4 or 5. I'm sooooo addicted to this peanut butter!

It really depends on what else you are eating. Peanut butter is a healthy fat and you can have some everyday if your fats are low. I eat Peanut Wonder, but it's because I LOVE peanut butter and can eat a lot of it. Usually, I mix 1 tbs. of that with 1 tbs. of natural peanut butter and add that to my oats with some cottage cheese. I have made sandwiches out of it before too, but it just depends on what else I have eaten that day.

    Smile

I'll keep on eating it. I'll just have to be careful on my consumption. I always eat a tablespoon or two in the morning with my oatmeal.
