I'm glad that thread is filled with all that drama...it really makes me laugh bigtime..
I really stuck it to him initially when I told him if he followed directions he wouldn't have had a problem. That is what ignited the fire..lol..I knew it would get to him to because he was complaining about simple crap.
Anyways, he submitted wrong ( like a lot of people ) and I simply ignored/deleted their submissions because they couldn't follow directions. I musta got 20 PMs asking why they weren't on the list....
"Well if you had followed directions maybe you wouldn't be having this problem now would you?" is what I wrote back to most of them.....haha..what I dik I was.
F em. They can't follow a couple simple rules, I don't care what happens. I do this for fun/free anyways.www.grazethesky.com

Given enough time, any man may master the physical. With enough knowledge, any man may become wise. It is the true warrior who can master both, and surpass the result.

aw man. squats are the best. i used to hate them to but i made it a point to do them first whenever i goto the gym. now over time, its gotten to point where int he past 6 months i look forward to doing squats finally. dunno, i finally got a good feel for them and i can't live without em.
plus, nothing like being the only guy in the gym like EVER that squats. i'm really surprised that in the two different gyms that I go to , hardly anyone (and I mean hardly, like 1 out of every 10 times i go) do i ever see any one squatting.
jus wish i had started squatting years ago or else my legs would be caught up with my upper body. still, i consider my lower half decent size and strong. i got a good vertical, at 190 lbs i can grab a 10ft hoop no problem, and drunk a womens ball.www.grazethesky.com

My first neg was from this dude dragonmwt -- http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/dragonmwt/
He was spewing some broscience and called him on it, and next thing I know I'm being negged. Told him he was an idiot and probably won't be on these boards for much longer. Looks like I was prescient, he hasn't posted since September.

On another note, great leg workout tonight. For whatever reason, my right quads are a little smaller than my right. And I thought that after a while, they'd even out, but there's a half-inch difference between the two even after more than 2 months since I first observed it.
For whatever reason, I always feel like my right quads are just not getting worked out on squats or on the leg press as my right leg quads. Thoughts?

Why are leg presses dangerous?
Only a life lived for others, is a life worthwhile.

in bodybuilding and powerlifting, rounded is ALWAYS bad. Arched is always good. I push my head back into the "seat" as well as try to tuck my scauplae and it forces my back to be arched. I actually hurt it on leg press, reinjured it two months ago SO bad that i couldnt get out of bed, not even kidding. Always be careful to never round your back under spinal compression exercises like deads/squats and learn how to keep your core tight.
The only reps i do now are 5x3 for squats, everything else 8-12, and dumbbell lunges 6-8 for each leg. Also squat 8-12 on non 5x3 day. Its easy to load weight up on the leg press and say **** it to form, dont get carried away otherwise you will be jacking it in san diego. There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

Lumbar puncture...to the spine right? Can vouch for the serious discomfort. Worst part is you have to try hardest not to move or you could be paralyzed.

Yup, its when they drain spinal fluid to look for infections etc. some get discomfort, some get intense pain. I was the latter part getting the pain, having to lie there for a few min while they wait for the spinal fluid to drip slowly out was no fun best thing was that he missed the first time so had to do it again!
