My biceps have never been this sore!!!! Heres what I did...(for people who have snow)

You know, once youve been training a while, your biceps dont get sore as they used to.
So heres what I did: I made huge balls of snow, let them ice for a night or two, then use them as strongman-like atlas stones.
Then I carry them for 70 feet, which is basically one set. I did 10 sets or so, and now I swear my biceps are annilihated.
Try it, its real hard ****

    fun pr's
    deadlift 340 x 15
    squats 245 x 45

The forearms hold your hand in position the biceps hold the entire lower arm in position. I think biceps are worked on this sort of carry along with the forearms. This type of holding strength is how the biceps are often used in real life. The movement is like a heavy cheat curl to get it into position then a static hold at top and a walk. No where was a strict full range of motion curl done yet the biceps were worked hard.
