was a 5.1 freshman year ( had it timed for football) and i didn't play football again until senior year (Played basketball all 4 yrs) which it ended up being a 4.6. I did a lot of vertical training for basketball though (jump soles, parachute running, ladders) and that is probably what made my 40 go down so much

I improved it by .4-.5 seconds just by doing track and the only really thing that i can think of that we did at practice is playing cross the ocean alot and doing a **** ton of plyometrics

I am usually with you 100% on this type of stuff, but this poster did post his name and 100m PR in his first thread, and it can be verified that a HS Sophomore with that name did run a 10.8 second 100m. It is entirely possible that he has run a legit 4.42. 4.42 is extremely fast at 16, but so is 10.8 in the 100m.

I had an electronically timed 55 meter dash of 6.69 seconds years ago in my only indoor race.
As for the 40 yard dash, my dog once ran a 2.9RAW PRs--no suit, no belt, no wraps, no spotters
Squat- 1075 lbs
Deadlift- 1250 lbs
Bench- 795 lbs
Power Clean- 665 lbs.
Barbell Curl-405 lbs.
225 Bench Press for reps-56 reps
40 yard dash-4.13 seconds (electronic official time)
vertical leap-55 inches
