How to gain weight without compromising my face fat?

    Hi there!
I've gained 5kg's of muscle mass by using "caloric surplus" technique.
The thing that was giving me the most of it, was olive oil.
Infact, I usually intake 40ml of olive oil per day.
I made some test, and lowered that to 30ml, and immediately find out that I won't gain more muscle or weight.
So this made me understand that olive oil, which is a very caloric ingrendient, play a big role in my journey to gain muscle mass and weight.

The bad thing is that my face is changed drammatically, infact, I've gained a bit of double chin, I'm more buffy in the cheeks and my jaw is no more so much visible like before.

I want to gain weight, but I do not want my face to change so much.
What could i do to do this?

It is not the olive oil that causes your face to become puffy. Look for the cause somewhere else. It may simply be excess fat from excess calories, or because of creatine monohydrate supplementation. If you supplement with creatine monohydrate, decrease your daily dosage to about 2 grams or half a teaspoon, which is about how much a healthy body manufactures on its own even without supplementation. After some minor "withdrawal" irritation and a few days, your face will return to normal.
