Ok guys I have finally narrowed it down and need your opinion because I can’t decide:
Option 1. Pre: 1 serving body octane + 1 serving Xceed
During: 2 scoops Xtend
Immediately Post: My custom formula with: 20% whey protein isolate microfiltrated, 10% hydrolyzed whey protein high grade, 10% hydrolyzed casein, 30% waxy maize starch, 3 grams creatine mono, 3 grams BCAA, 9 grams leucine, and 3 grams citruline malate + I will add 3 grams beta alanine which I bought at ******************
It will be total about 27 grams protein and 19 grams waxy maize starch.
60 min Post w/o: whole food meal with 60 grams complex carbs from oats or rice and lots of veggies + either chicken, fish, or egg whites for my protein source
Option 2. Pre: 1 serving ragnarok
During and Post the same….
Option 3: Pre: body octane/xpand
During and Post the same
Option 4: Pre: ½ scoop body octane + ½ scoop clout
During and post the same
What do you all think is the best option…. Cost isn’t an issue right now. I just want the best pump & mass/strength gains.

If cost isnt an issue, I'd use
O1
Pre: Ragnarok (throw in Cordygen5 if you want.)
During: Xtend/Ice/Excell
Post: Replenish
O2
Pre: Clout & Body Octane
During: Xtend/Ice/Excell
Post: Myozene
Cheaper Option
Pre: Omega Thunder or Xceed
During: SciFit BCAA 5000
Post: Anabolic Window
Your option 1 seems like overdoing it and casein post workout isn't best.- NOTICE: Not all posts represent my own opinion. I enjoy playing devil's advocate.

hmm thanks, ok well did I just waste 40 bucks on my post workout blend though? You said it was "overdoing it" but will it still suffice? I really want to try this waxy maize starch stuff.... and replenish doesn't have beta alanine, which I wanted as well. And actually, studies have shown that a mix of casein/whey is best p/w I think.... I hope I didn't waste my money on that blend... I thought it was good!

Option one, and if you can afford it, add Body Octane regardless of which stack you choose.

Xpand contains glycocyamine, thus I do not like it at all. I simply like Xceed's straight forward design without hiding in a proprietary blend. On top of that, it tastes better.
I like Xceed better than the others because I lke CEE better, pretty simple there. My place in here at bb.com is as a fitness enthusiast and recommendations do not represent medical advice. Please consult your examining physician for all medical concerns.

Here's my opinion and prices based off bb.com and labels on bb.com
1. Great option for non-stimulant. I peronsally am not a fan of CEE but Xceed is proven effective and tastes great. Keep in mind Xceed typically contains more than labeled servings.
Xceed 35.89, 45 servings, .80 per serving
BO 46.89, 50 servings, .94 per serving
Daily cost $1.74
2. Ragnarok - I am partial so I will omit my input
ROK $37.99, 40 servings, .95 per serving
Daily cost $0.95
3. BO/Xpand - Stim or non stim but not a fan of any glyco containing products.
BO $46.89, 50 servings, .94 per serving
Xpand $35.95, 40 servings, 0.90
Daily cost $1.84
4. BO/Clout - Great products if u have $$
BO, $46.89, 50 servings, $0.94 per serving
Clout, $39.95, 50 servings , $0.80 per serving
Daily cost $1.74Cannabis and synthetic supplements

Thanks so much everyone. I finally made a decision and went with it... I chose the clout + body octane stack. Now i Have a few questions on dosing.... (remember I am a female, so keep this in mind... but I lift HARD and HEAVY)
1. Given my post workout (see above), I am only going to take these two pre-workout. I think that if I take 3 grams beta alanine post workout (along with 3 grams cm and 3 grams creatine mono) that will suffice. Do you think this is ok? just to take them pre-workout? Or should I take another serving of body octane another time as well? Will I still get the "effects" taking just one serving of each a day since I have beta alanaine, cm, and creatine in my pw shake?
2. How much of each should I take pre-workout? Can I do a full serving of each and mix them together or will I be shaking a lot if I do that?
3. Has anyone mixed these two and how does it taste? Should I drink separately or mix them or add crystal lite or something (any flavor recomendations?) I'd prefer ot mix them because I feel like I am always going to the bathroom with all the liquids I drink.
THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS!

1) Considering how effetive clout was for me I would drop the mono PWO. I would take clout\bo with breakfast and pre-workout. IMHO no need for additonal pwo creatine. If you want to make this stack last longer use the mono on off days and not the clout.
2) You may wanna begin with 1\2 serving of each to see how you react. You will not be shaking but you may get a tingling feeling from the BA.
3) I like body octaine on it's own. Clout however I did not like. I used V1 and in V2(which you will get) I hear they improved on the flavoring.

Do you think clout would ruin the taste of body octane if I mixed them? And is it ok to take them with/right after a meal? I don’t get out of class till 230 and train at 330 so I have to eat and take my supps right away. Would the watermelon xtend flavor mask the taste of clout (I could mix these two and then take body octane separate). Or what flavor of crystal light would be best? So ideally, I will consume one serving of both the clout and the body octane 15-30 minutes before my workout? If I’m only taking one serving of each a day (plus my post workout shake which has beta alanine and cm in it as well)… will I still get noticeable results with only one serving? Oh and I can’t take the creatine mono out because it is already in my custom formula from ***********.com. Is that a problem if I am only taking one serving clout a day? Thanks!

The Clout and Body Octane mix might not appeal you to, but might for others. Taste is subjective so I suggest just giving it a little time and trying it out on your own when you get them . You can take either/or both with a meal, or right after. One serving of both Clout and Body Octane 15-30 minutes pre-workout sounds good. One serving of Clout daily will still be beneficial and extend the duration of its use, but keep in mind it was formulated to be dosed at 2x a day for maximum efficacy. In addition, with the other actives you are consuming along with this, I think what you have planned will work out well.
Also, try a half dose of both your first time to assess your tolerance to beta-alanine as the paresthesia it induces can be very uncomfortable for some.
Good luckUnaffiliated.

whoops sorry I bumped that up before I saw your reply! thanks for replying... so do you recommend I drink them separately or mix them together (taste wise) would it be best to add like only 5-6 oz water to the clout and just chug it down real quick and then follow it up with the octane? Man I wish they made these in the same flavor so they could mix....

If you are going for absolute best taste, then you'd probably be best off drinking the Body Octane on its own; although I personally mix them. I think the flavors, despite being different, would be somewhat complimentary if the ingredients Clout was masking were not so difficult to cover. One positive for the flavor of Clouts current formulation is that it does taste a great deal better than the old version .
You might have to use a little more than 6oz with the Clout, but again, that's something you can experiment upon receiving the products.Unaffiliated.
