    Choosing a good multi-vitamin

I started off using Whey and a multi-vitamin.

Can someone tell me about any good multi-vitamins to use? I'm 16, or what to look for in a vitamin for someone like me.

    Exclamation

Try avoinding vitimns from drug stores. Many of them contain additives that can actually harm you. Studies have shown that produsts such as Jamison and Centrum contain even dirt. They arent good for you. There are however products that do cost more, but give you results that you can feel. Go into GNC, or to anyother health food store and tell them what you are looking for.

If you want something cheep, then eat more fuits and veggies. That will give you a better source of vitimins than anything (with out the crap thats in cheep crappy vitimins).

    Good Luck.
