I'm following the 5x5 program setup from joeskopec.com. I'm doing two workouts per week.
Workout 1
power clean
bench press
squat
Workout 2
dead lift
shoulder press
bent rows
I run them them in a circut with 1 minute rest intervalls
I do 2 warm up sets 15 reps x 20% 10 reps x 40%
Will this work ? I'm trying to gain some size but mostly speed and power. Thanks for any help

Yeah, 2-3 min rest at least. I might have to try this sometime; I'll probably do 3 workouts a week, though.

thanks for the help the 1 minute rest intrvals work because I run this in a circut not straight sets and I pyrimid the weight acording to the cycle from joeskopec.com the reason I asked for help is because I'm thinking of adding a 3rd work out it would be something like this
calve press
leg extension
leg curl
arm curl
tricep press
all for 3 sets of 10 reps
