hey
am new here & i want to share my working out program & tell me what do u think ..
P.s : i do 6 days w week and i rest for 1 then repeat sat, sun, mon, .. rest on friday
it took me at least 2 and half hours to be done :|
My program is the following ;p
Day 1 ::
* Chest
* Bicpes
* Forearm
* Abs
Day 2 ::
* Shoulders
* Traps
* Legs
* Abs
Day 3 ::
* Lats
* Triceps
* Abs
and repeat for 3 more days then 1 day rest .. i've been wroking out about 6 months .. should i do 3 days and rest ? or its ok doing 6 ! ..

Hey mate.
Have you been gaining well on the routine, that is the most important question. Training 6 days a week and for 2 hours at a time is almost definitely too much.
If you are gaining then carry on as you are, but if not then I feel you would benefit greatly by having some more rest days and shortening the workouts.
I have a thread with lots of basic routines in it, most take less than an hour each time you train.

Also look around the forums and main page, you will get a feel for what people are finding productive.
I would recommend training 4 days a week and resting the other 3, maybe just some ab work or cardio on those days.
If you want more in depth help, post a sample of one of your workout days. That will help to see what sort of volume you use for each bodypart.
