Age: 16
Weight: 156lbs
Height: 5' 10" or 1m 77cm
My diet consists of mostly fruits, vegetables and complex carbs. I try to cut down on surgary carbs and i drink lots of water.
Been training lightly for about 2 months. Aiming towards the "model" look, rather than put on lots of mass i would rather be cut and defined. What would you say my bf % is? And what do i need to improve on... Any comments welcome...
Thanks - Fox

Whats with ppl wanting a 'model' look?
most good models r actually well built, u've got a long way to go and no matter what u like if u want that look u got to put on a lot of mass. Completely forget about cutting, drop it out of your brain. Do a clean bulk with lots of protein and lift regularly and heavily, and give it a year or two.My journal http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=5662511
