    what do you mix in your Cottage Cheese

    just wondering what every one adds to change it up every now and then
    getting ready to get back in to shape need new ideas

    I have tired the following

    pineapple 8/10
    Black beans 7/10
    Salsa 5/10
    chili beans with chili seasoning 9/10
    Whey 5/10 changes for some flavors

    Plain...sometimes some fruit.

    Someone else here suggested spaghetti sauce, and a few others jumped in and said it was awesome. I've been waiting to try it. I'm hoping it's somewhat manicoti-ish.

    Damn, that sounds good. You have me scrambling right to figure how I can make a healthy pancake batter to sub in for the fiber one. I think I'm about to use wheat flour, egg beaters, and skim milk. That's pretty much all it is anyway.
