Current stats:
Bodyweight: 167.4
Bodyfat %: No clue. Maybe you all can tell me with the pictures below.
Diet:
Unfortunately, I don't have the liberty of ensuring my kitchen is always clean, thanks to my roommate. That's as civil as I can comment on that matter. So, I tend to just eat whatever as long as I know I'm in a caloric surplus and getting adequate levels of protein. I DO however, tend to have half a cup of white rice with a serving of baked beans+2 scoops of protein powder in milk as a preworkout meal. Other than that, fair game. It's worked fairly well for me so far, as I've added about 10 pounds in the last month and a halfish, and have maintained decent visibility of a four pack until recently.
Routine:
For the last few weeks, I've been doing a routine that's mostly based around a lot of sets of heavy weight (with some variation here and there).
Lower Body (Quad Emphasis): Squats - 7x3-5. Leg Press - 2x6-10. Leg Curls - 3x8-12
Chest/Arms: Flat Barbell Bench - 5x3-5. Incline Bbell Bench - 3x8-12. Cable Flyes - 2x8-12. EZ Bar Curls - 3x8-12. Preacher Curls - 3x8-12 (focusing on the negative). Skullcrushers - 3x8-12
Lower Body (Ham emphasis) - Deadlifts -7x3-5. Leg Curls - 3x8-12. Leg Extensions - 3x8-12.
Back/Shoulders - Seated Row (using iso-lateral Hammer Strength, as deads fry lower back) - 5x3-5. Lat Pulldown - 3x8-12. Parallel Grip Pull-ups - 3x8-12. Seated Barbell Shoulder Press – 5x3-5. Side Lateral Raise – 3x8-12. Rear Delt Fly – 3x8-12.
I go 2 days on, 1 day off.
Other Supps:
Orange Triad
NOW Ultra Omega 3
SAN Greens (ongoing log here: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=141150021)
SAN Fierce (currently on stim break, will introduce later into log).
CL CLA (won it, might as well use it. Almost out).
Vitamin B5 (starting 500mg AM/PM)
SNS Dosing Protocol:
Agmatine: 500mg AM with preworkout, 500mg at night. I’ve been running at 1g AM mostly, but will be changing this.
PCT Assist: 2 caps AM, 2 PM, with meals.
Reduce XT: 1 cap AM, 1 cap 4 hours later (preworkout), 1 cap at bed.
Effects:
Considering Agmatine is the only one I’ve used so far, I will comment on that. First of all, it definitely works better than the Smart Powders Agmatine. I don’t know why. But it does. The fullness and vascularity all day is pretty sick. I can usually get some good veins going in my forearms (genetic strongpoint), but I’ve been seeing the veins in my biceps under the skin. They aren’t protruding, but I see their color. They actually seem to be more visible than during the height of my cut.
As far as the pumps go, they have been very sick. I had SNS Agmatine samples back in July and was impressed with them solo and with White Flood. Having more to toy around with is sweet. I workout about 4 hours after taking the Agmatine+Preworkout meal, and I still get some nice fullness going on in the gym. Painful, even.
Improved sleep, nutrient partitioning, all day fullness, etc are things that should be kicking in pretty soon, considering I’ve been on for about a week (breaking it only for Craze samples).
I’m looking forward to seeing how all this pans out. This next month (or 2 if I buy more) will kill it. Inb4 bros. Inb4 acne. Inb4 dat der dirty bulk. Inb4 farmer's tan.

Aw yea, it's a party up in here.
Barbell Bench Press:
205 lb x 5 reps
225 lb x 4 reps
230 lb x 3 reps
230 lb x 3 reps
230 lb x 3 reps
Barbell Incline Bench Press:
145 lb x 8 reps
145 lb x 8 reps
145 lb x 6 reps
Machine Chest Fly (Pec Deck, cables were taken):
130 lb x 12 reps
150 lb x 8 reps
EZ-Bar Curl:
70 lb x 9 reps
70 lb x 8 reps
70 lb x 8 reps
Preacher Curl:
50 lb x 8 reps
50 lb x 8 reps
50 lb x 7 reps
Lying Barbell Triceps Extension ("Skullcrusher"):
80 lb x 8 reps
80 lb x 8 reps
80 lb x 6 reps
Pumps were intense, as to be expected with a good workout and agmatine. Agmatine pumps tend to subside fairly quickly for me, but I still maintain some sort of fullness all day. Right now, it's been about 10 hours since my workout, and I have some nice vascularity going on. My strength hovered at about the same or slightly lower compared to my last chest/arm workout. That's probably the result of being mildly sick for two days.
It's too early to note any effects from the PCT Assist or Reduce XT.
I am also putting my second dose of Reduce XT directly after the workout, since that is more convenient for me.“For, behold, I have refined thee, I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.”—1 Nephi 20:10

Barbell Deadlift:
275 lb x 5 reps
315 lb x 4 reps
355 lb x 2 reps
385 lb x 1 reps
405 lb x 1 reps
335 lb x 5 reps
Lying Leg Curls:
145 lb x 9 reps
145 lb x 7 reps
145 lb x 7 reps
Leg Extensions:
220 lb x 10 reps
220 lb x 10 reps
220 lb x 9 reps
I usually do 7 sets of 3-5 for the deads, but for some reason I felt extraordinarily amped up before my workout today. I really, REALLY wanted to max out today. I don’t think it could be the PCT Assist quite yet. I may be experiencing placebo, or some other factor I am not aware of. I managed to hit 405, which I have done in the past. My form for this attempt was my best so far, though. I should definitely be able to pick that max up and maintain good form at some point. I’ll obviously be going back to 7x3-5 after this for awhile.
Pump wise, I got a bit of pump going on in the lower back from deads. I didn’t notice a pump in the hamstrings until I started leg curls (although my hamstrings did feel tired from deads). I have a problem with using too much momentum with the leg curls, though. I really need to focus on hamstring movement only. For the leg extensions, my quads felt like concrete slabs. It was hard to walk.
I should have the video of the deadlift up in a bit.“For, behold, I have refined thee, I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.”—1 Nephi 20:10

I won't be posting again until after the Super Bowl, so....
Isolateral Plate Loaded Row:
172 lb x 5 reps
182 lb x 5 reps
192 lb x 5 reps
202 lb x 5 reps
202 lb x 5 reps
Lat Pulldown:
205 lb x 9 reps
205 lb x 6 reps
205 lb x 9 reps
First two sets were without straps, so my reps were sacrificed to the gods of sweaty hands.
Parallel-Grip Pull-Up:
10 reps
9 reps
8 reps
Seated Barbell Shoulder Press:
135 lb x 5 reps
145 lb x 5 reps
155 lb x 4 reps
155 lb x 4 reps
155 lb x 3 reps
Dumbbell Side Lateral Raise:
25 lb x 12 reps
25 lb x 12 reps
25 lb x 9 reps
I lowered the weight to really focus on making this movement slow, controlled, and more comfortable.
Reverse Flyes:
115 lb x 12 reps
115 lb x 10 reps
115 lb x 12 reps
I still had that alpha feeling today that I had yesterday. Apparently, some of the ingredients DO kick in within a couple days, so this might not be placebo. I also decided to test out whether l-dopa enhances the effects of stimulants by taking Fierce today. I've been on a "stim-break", which is really my way of lying to myself with a few scattered days of no stimulants interspersed with days of heavy abuse. Suffice it to say, I don't feel the 200mg of caffeine in Fierce anymore. Today, however, I felt it very well. My body was shaking a good bit from it. I didn't feel it mentally, though. The combo actually took away the alpha feeling. I'll have to take a proper stim break and experiment in a couple weeks. I also had a bit of a stomach ache after the workout, as well. It could be coincidence.
Pump wise, I didn't notice anything different than agmatine on it's own as far as potency is concerned, but I was still noticeably pumped a couple hours afterward.
When I started the shoulder portion of my workout, my shoulders FELT weaker. And yet, I managed to bump most of my sets from 150 to 155. So, whatever.“For, behold, I have refined thee, I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.”—1 Nephi 20:10

Man, I love training my back. Back/shoulder say is probably my favorite at the moment.
All right, legs today (quad emphasis). Very nice, yes.
Barbell Squat:
235 lb x 5 reps
255 lb x 5 reps
265 lb x 3 reps
275 lb x 3 reps
275 lb x 2 reps
275 lb x 2 reps
255 lb x 5 reps
Leg Press:
913 lb x 10 reps
913 lb x 10 reps
Lying Leg Curls:
135 lb x 12 reps
135 lb x 8 reps
135 lb x 8 reps
I wasn't nearly as fired up today as I have been the last few days. It's probably a factor of losing a lot of sleep Saturday night (and not making it up), having the Pats lose yesterday, and taking a legit stim break today. Despite that, I got quite a bit more work in. My heaviest sets didn't go up in weight, but I got the form down and felt the pain in my legs much, much better. As for my squats, I'd say topping out at 3 sets of 275 is quite a bit better than only one set of 275 previously. My leg curls actually went DOWN, though. There are a couple reasons for this. First, I'm trying to focus on hamstring movement only, and not bringing other parts into the movement. In addition, my hamstrings were fried from going harder on squats and especially leg press. To round it off, I had a pump that actually hindered the top of the movement. 500mg of agmatine on its own has never done this. I'm thinking more effects from the PCT Assist are starting to happen (on top of the agmatine). Speaking of agmatine...I only have a few days left, considering I started running it before this log. SNS needs to offer a higher cap version of agmatine...“For, behold, I have refined thee, I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.”—1 Nephi 20:10
