I'm not doing any logs right now and was bored and was feeling the love for UN so decided to do an unsponsored log
I just started doing HST after about 6 months of one body part splits (most of the time i was doing Max OT with 4-6 reps) so the 15 reps are killing me
My supps are:
Fish oil
Multi
CEE (Have a tub of storm but saving it for later )
Glycer Grow
Glutamine
Sesamin
I dont have a scale here at school but i weighed myself at home last week and i weighed 191-192 (on an empty stomach in morning, one day i weighed 191 and the other i weighed 192 so i dunno) but i will be weighed myself when i go back home on December 17 which is perfect cause Shock Therapy should be done by then...after that im gonna cut so well see if theres any left...
Since I'm at school my diet is kinda crazy
I have 3 meals a day (2 weekend) and i try to get as much protein as possible and dont have much carbs for dinner. Also i have 3 protein shakes a day with milk (one before bed i only use water) and my PWS is with 1 cup of oats
Im not going crazy with my bulk cause im using this philosophy (http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=1268956) so i think im getting around 3000-3200 cals a day (havnt counted yet, one of these days ill figure it out. Also im getting around 1-1.5 gallons a day of water
I am going for hypotrophy during this period leading up to my cut and its pretty hard doing the higher reps cause ive been doing 4-6 for about 6 months so after i do a set of 15 squats it feels like i just ran a marathon...
I started HST yesterday so tomarro will be my second day...

Just drank the sample of storm, i have had it before cause of the sample you guys sent me (thanx) and i dont like it too much. Its not bad, just REALLY instense taste and really sour. i had to chase it with water. I have storm in punch and i like the taste much better. Gonna head off to the gym in about 20 mins so will update later tonight

ok got back from my workout a while ago
not gonna post the numbers up now cause dont got time.
but i didnt feel so good. It made my stomach feel kinda wierd but cant say it was the ST cause i just started HST and it is killing me so it could be the high reps and not the ST at all
this is my second HST workout and i have had to take 15 min breaks half way through eat time cause i feel like im going to throw up cause im not used to the high reps AT ALL.
PUMP: 3/10 its the first time i took it so didint expect anything. pump was non existant untill i got to shoulders and then it was only ok. not dissapointed tho, will be looking for reusults after 1st or 2nd week
ENERGY: 4/10 Im doing HST so its a ****LOAD of reps and i kinda felt like i was going to die and had a sick feeling to my stomach. not saying it was the ST but just wasnt feeling it this workout...
OVERALL: only first day on ST and 2nd day of HST so im just starting up but things are going ****ty with HST. i keep wanting to stop working out but i dont let myself. Im so used to 4-6 reps that this 15 rep **** is KILLING me. Hopefully the ST will give me some energy in the future

my whole weekend as been really ****ty, so my workouts are ****ty too
put the storm and shock therapy in a bottle and ended up only drinking half
im not really down with the taste but ill get used to it
still had decent pump, best yet
im getting more used to the 15 reps now so that is good, wouldnt say its the ST tho, just adapting to the bigger load

Ok today i tried it a diff way. Just put a couple ounces of water in a class and just took the ST as a shot, much better
At the gym i didint start to feel sick untill the end of my workout my stomach hurt a little bit
Pump was decent, nothing crazy tho
Pretty good workout tho, got 15 reps done for all my lifts!!
will post my end of my first 2 week cycle on Thursday with all my PRs

workout went pretty well today
first time i didint get sick in the middle of a workout for a WHILE
sorta felt ****ty on last exercise (DB lat raise, only exercise i didint get 15 reps in)
But i just finished my first 2 weeks of HST of 15 reps
here are the final stats

BB Bench 175x15 ------too easy, need to raise weight
Dips 195x15 (was doing freeweight but now doing machine cause dont wanna carry around belt all workout, oh well)

Lat Raise 25x10 (only one i didint get 15 reps )
DB Curls 37.5x15 (****inig burned)
Skull Crushers 90x15
