Whats the best protein shake that can make you feel the most full and not feel hungry

Whats the best protein shake that can make you feel the most full and not feel hungry after drinking it? I'm also looking for one with very low carbs and low fat in it

If you want satiety, eat some protein & don't drink it. Any whole food protein source will keep you feeling fuller for longer than a shake.

Yeah, personally there's no way to NOT feel full if you don't include a sufficient amount of carbs or fats. What do you have against them in a shake? Are you talking about a pre or post workout shake? Unless you take 3-4 scoops of whey protein in a shake you won't feel full - IMO.
I've still got a lot to learn.

I never really understood this... Is my shake considered a shake, or whole food?

    2 cups milk
    1 scoop whey
    1/2 cup oats
    1 tbsp natty pb

If you think about its mostly all REAL FOOD except the 1 scoop whey which is only 1/4 of the calories...

Buy a jar of benefiber, add it to whatever you want, it'll certainly delay gastric emptying and increase satiety.

What they mean by "real food" is the fact that it isn't liquefied. It's much easier to push down a liquid straight into a tube than to have to liquefy a solid with stomach acids, then push it down.

    Hope this helps!

I was basically talking about satiety rather than whether whole foods are 'better' than shakes or supplements.

Food that you eat will make you feel fuller for longer than food that you drink.

Benefiber, hey? Sounds interesting. Where can it be bought? is it obtained in health food stores, or can it be bought at the local Safeway/Sobey's/IGA/Superstore/etc.?
