Exclamation Low Rep & High Rep recovery time..? Is it the same..?

Should I give the same resting days when training with Low rep 5-10 and High rep 10-20?

I mean, it take the same time to recover..?

in general, heavier weights will tax the tendons & ligaments more, which take longer to recover coz of poorer blood supply compared to muscle. im assuming u mean this for splits, coz the 3 day a week fullbody 5 rep programs are fine. but if u do many sets in a split then higher weight will take longer to recover properly, even tho high reps may make the muscle sorer (at least the first few times u do them).
"Though the concept is not scientifically validated in detail (it should be considered as a hypothesis rather than a scientific theory), it is useful from a practical standpoint. When training athletes, it is impossible to wait until scientific research provides all of the necessary knowledge." Vladmir M. Zatsiorsky, Ph.D.
