Knee sleeves on the hack squat??

I don't know how fun it is, but I use them for squats, belt squats, lunges, etc. You know if you need them. If your knees are sore/crunchy during warmups, throw some Icy Hot on your knees and put some sleeves over top of that.

It helps.

And I take them off for leg extensions, curls, etc. so I can feel the squeeze in isolation exercises.

I have sbd sleeves. Size large I think. My actual measurement was xl but it said to get one size down. They're not so tight that they're uncomfortable. I just feel like my knees are more locked in place. Maybe it just helps me maintain a stronger position.

Well I've concluded they're cheating for a hacksquat. I was able to do at least 20lbs more and felt it less in muh quads.

Belts are cope but sleeves are always ok. Injury prevention is more important than impressing people, sleeve up if you have to.

Yeah probably about that much. I remember hearing Ben Rice say he did training cycles without them and figured they gave him about 50lbs. This was way back when people claimed they just kept you warm. Now I think those new inzer add even more.

I initially bought them because I thought they would add weight to my squat. And they did. The reason I tried them for the hack squat was because I didn't feel like going to the gym so I wanted to try something different to make it interesting.
