Hey all - I've been on CKD for a bit. I have my normal Keto down pretty tight, but I'm still working out the kinks on Carb Up day.
My question today pertains to rest days. I lift M-F. I carb up on Sat only. If I do cardio on Sunday, or Sat - say like mowing my lawn (it's about a good 1.5-2 acres and I hand push it, no auto drive to make sure I do get a work out - w some inclines and such, takes about a good 1.5-2 hrs), coupled w say washing the car (another hr), should I carb up liek I would PW to spare muscle and replenish glycogen stores in my liver? Thanks - hopefully I don't look like a p*ssy saying I mow my lawn for cardio lol but I try an make it as hard as possible, same w washing the car.
