All I did was Squats, RDL, Curl, Skull crushers, Push-ups, Pull-up, and 20 min of Treadmill at 8% incline. More info on it when I can. Shower time and eat then off to work

So, trying something new to me...lol On my workset of my Back Squats I went down for a 4 count and then held it for 5 sec ea rep. I will try to keep doing it like this, but last time I try other ppls crap
Squats:
1x12 - 45lbs
1x12 - 65lbs
3x5 - 85lbs down for a 4 count and held 5sec ea in the hole - stupid, but yeah, doing it again...lol
1x10 - 65lbs - again down for a 4 count and 5 sec in the hole.
RDL:
1x10 - 45lbs
1x10 - 65lbs
3x5 - 85lbs - down on a 4 count
1x10 - 65lbs - down on a 4 count
Pull-ups:
3x10
Push-ups
3x20
EzBar curls:
3x20 - 20lbs whimpy day...lol
DB Skull Crushers:
3x20 - 10lb DB

I am going to see if I can't squat at least 4 days a week on F5, but we shall see how my body responds to sitting in the hole...lmao.

So today, I was going to do Front Squats, but said....eh....lol
Start time - 4:30am
Back Squat(High Bar), low bar feels uncomfortable to me. Total reps came to 59
1x12 - 45lbs
1x12 - 65lbs
2x5 - 85lbs - sat in the hole for 5 sec. Ok, might be liking these
1x85 - 10
1x65 - 15
Thought I would try something new, yet again.
Ball Leg Curls

45 reps (more sets than I wanted )

I did not think I was going to be able to even get out of bed this morning. Got out of my second job about 10:15pm, took a buddy home since it was cold outside. Got to bed after 11pm. Well, I got better/more sleep last night, so I was feeling energized
Back Squats:
1x15 - 45lbs
1x15 - 65lbs
3x10 - 85lbs - did not so the eccentric part...like I did on Monday, went down for 2 count sat for 2 count.
1x15 - 65lbs
Push-ups:
3x25
Pull-ups:
45 reps - Lots of sets...lol
RDL's:
1x15 - 45lbs
1x15 - 65lbs
3x10 - 85lbs
1x15 - 65lbs
Incline DB Curls:
3x10 - 20lb DB's
Skullcrushers:
3x20 - 32lbs
Cardio:
20min of 8% Incline. Walking 1 min at level 3, Jogging 1 min at level 5 and Walking last 2min for cool down.
Overall, I felt pretty good. Glad I started really light on my squats. Doing these daily has brought on a new perspective to my walking around life...lmao. A little bit of wobble here and there...

Glad to see those Landmines coming into play, Squid! Yeah, they're heavier than you would think. I've put 35lb on a few times when I was feeling good but for the most part I only use a 25lb plate. From what I have experienced it is more about form and contracting than adding weight. I imagine throwing in diamond push-ups after left you sweating...I'm always pooped after the Landmines. Good work.

Overall has been a great week. Never thought I would squat this much, but I liked and enjoyed it, so we shall see.
Starting F5 Novice again on Monday and will do a scheduled Deadlift and Back Squats on my normal days and do Front Squats and Cardio on my non-days Since I am starting out so light, I do not see a reset in the near future, but later on for sure...lol I also will be adding in lighter weights per week, but maybe later on in my program...but we shall see how I feel from week to week
