    split or full-body workout..

after reading the other post, it made me think about doin a full-body workout every 3-4 days rather than doing a 3 day split. Do you think it would be overtraining if i did a full body workout every 3 days. Any disadvantage of a full-body workout rather than splits?

Last year I trained for about 4months doing everything at once, and i didnt get bigger at all! I only got stronger. I started with a spilt this year and ive gotten good results. So dont train everything at once!
