hey guys,
the muscle in my left shoulder has been twitching all day today. I have no idea why its doing that. I havent worked out in a week because I was sick. The twitching has been really constant and at times it is very rapid. Anyone know what the deal is?
Thanks

i hear that happens, when you dont drink enough water.
I don't think thats the case, I drink at least a gallon a day and my shoulders and spots on my legs will often just start twitching. I actually think it's kinda funny, just as long as nothing is wrong. The Citadel
