    muscle twitching

    hey guys,

the muscle in my left shoulder has been twitching all day today. I have no idea why its doing that. I havent worked out in a week because I was sick. The twitching has been really constant and at times it is very rapid. Anyone know what the deal is?

    Thanks

    same shoulder.

    man that sucked.
i sat at school and my shirt was twitching all the time.

I don't think thats the case, I drink at least a gallon a day and my shoulders and spots on my legs will often just start twitching. I actually think it's kinda funny, just as long as nothing is wrong.

If you were working out lately I would say it was just your muscles repairing themselves. But, since that isn't the case, I would guess, maybe it was because you changed you workout. One week you are working out the next you are not able too, maybe your body is just a little confussed.
