    Arrow How to increase your weight in weightlifting

    Hey im 5'9 130lbs i can bench 140lbs but the problem is i can only bench it like twice, could u help me find a way to increase the amount of times i can bench it? plz

    1) eat more so that you'll gain mass and strength
    2) instead of doing 2 x 140 why don't you try a lower weight and do more reps , that'll increase your strength too; especially since you'd be using more proper form
