actually i believe you mean Arnold's The New Encyclopedia to Modern Bodybuilding. amazing book with pretty much all the info you'll ever need

not to hijack thread but I was wondering if anyone had found any good bbing books from their college library. I searched for some but didn't recognize any authors. Has anyone found in good books at the library?

The only one I've really flipped through is "Huge" by Flex and it seemed really in detail and seems like it was mad thorough it had meal plans and nutrition and like over half a year of routines from bulking to cutting
