Ingredients
1- 2 tbs of Coconut flour
2- 1 1/2 scoops of My Protein Candy Cane Whey
3- 2 tbs of tiny dark choc chips
4- 1 tbs of liquid peppermint extract
5- about 10 tbs of unsweetened almond milk
6- unsweetened flaked coconut to roll the balls in when balls are formed
In a bowl mix the dry ingredients then add the extract and slowly add the milk
one tbs at a time until you get a texture that's perfect to roll. Roll the ingredients

Then just store them in the fridge until ready to eat.

This mint vanilla almond protein pudding was so delicious and the flavor
combo worked perfectly and this is one pudding I will be making again.
Ingredients
1- 1 scoop of Impact Whey White Candy Cane
2- 1 scoop of a vanilla casein blend protein
3- 1 tsp of sugar free vanilla pudding
4- 2 tbs of no salt chunky almond butter
5- a little water
In a freezer safe bowl combine the powders together then add a little water and
the almond butter and stir until you get a thick pudding consistency and slowly
add a little more water as needed. Place the container in the freezer for at least
2 hrs or longer until frozen. When you remove it let it sit for a couple of min until
you can dig your spoon into it easily.

Ingredients
1- 2 cups of 1 min rolled oats
2- 1 cup of White Candy Cane Impact Whey
3- 1/4 cup of roasted chopped almonds
4- 1/4 cup of white choc chips
5-2 oz of unsweetened applesauce
6- 1 tbs of liquid peppermint extract
7- 2 heaping tbs of unsalted chunky almond butter (Trader Joe Brand)
8- 1 oz of unsweetened almond milk
In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients and in a separate smaller bowl mix all the wet
ingredients until you it thoroughly mixed. Add the wet mixture to the dry and mix until
all the dry is coated with the wet. This will take a few minutes to do but once the dry is
coated spoon the big blob of ingredients into a 7.5 Pyrex dish that has been lightly coated
with nonstick spray. Take the back of a wet spoon and flatten the mixture down into the
pan until it's even, then cover the pan and place it in the fridge overnight or longer to really
firm up then cut it into bars.

This is my final review on the Canadian Maple flavor and I've been testing
it out in shakes, proats, and in a couple of other things in the kitchen so
these is what I think of this flavor.
Mixability- 9/10- I mixed this in a shaker cup with water only and it mixed up
very well with virtually no foam and just a tiny particle here and there but no
clumping at all so it mixed well.
Taste- 8.5/10- I'm really glad I purchased this flavor and honestly I've been
happy with pretty much all the flavors of Impact Whey that I've picked up and
though they are too thin for proats cause it's a pure concentrate I've been
combining a 1/4 scoop of a casein based protein with 3/4 scoop of Impact Whey
and it's been producing some very TASTY proats with the thickness I like with
the addition of the casein protein that I'm adding.
This Maple flavor comes through strong like pretty much all the flavors of Impact
Whey that I've tried but this is not a overly sweet flavor so you really appreciate
the Maple flavor without it being bitter in any way which can happen if a flavor is
overly sweet. It kind of tasted a bit like Bitter Honey Candy which was a favorite
of mine as a kid but again the flavor isn't bitter at all and it comes through very
flavorful. I didn't use milk in any of my shakes but when I mixed this Maple flavor
in cottage cheese it really tasted very good so I'm sure if anyone who is interested
in this flavor and uses milk in their shakes they WILL like this flavor. Once again Maple
syrup has a very sweet taste but this Canadian Maple captures the flavor without the
overly sweet taste so I'm gonna definitely recommend this flavor who is looking for
something a little different from the normal basic flavors. This flavor I would definitely
buy again in the future.
