I love the chicken fillet with cheddar and horseradish, ALLLLLL the salads. On wholemeal or italian herb.
Chicken fillet has the most protein, dunno about that double beef though that sounds.. beefy.

Actually I'm quite sure double meat chicken teriyaki has the most protein (43g). I think the double meat roasted chicken breast is 39g of protein. Go look it up on their site. I work at a subway... I always get the double meat chicken teriyaki on wheat with american cheese, lettuce, one tomato, onions, green peppers, and honey mustard.

Ok, I didnt know you could get double meat. Are you in Australia? They have sheets which have nutrition info and the chicken fillet was on top with protein, but that may have been before teriyaki chicken was even out

Subway is my main source of food when I'm out lol... Roasted Chicken is where it is at. I love it and it has like 40 g of protein mmm mmm

You know what's gay? I used to work at Subway before I started working out and watching what I eat. Back then though I would just eat chips, cookies, and meatball subs. Now though if I worked there I'd be getting the 5-finger discounts on the chicken breasts and club sandwhiches.
