Ok, i see there are many posts in regards to induvidual people. I decided to start this thread, to seek a more umbrella answer.
Im wondering if there is a spot(this website or another) to locate what the Ideal % are for the following (now im not trying to look like AH-nold yet, so atheltic numbers would be great.) Maybe a "sliding scale measurement" or table so as I change my appearances and goals.
Body Fat
Body Muscle
Body Water
Bone Mass
Thanks.

You really can't dial in all those number so precisely. Virtually everybody tracks BF% and lump everything else into "lean mass" which is just 100% - fat%.
You will get varying answers on "ideal" BF%, but a reasonably fit man is around 15% plus or minus. Uber trim athletes and competitive body builders get down into the single digits in the neighborhood of 6-8% and at the other end 25% is too much.
Those numbers are for men; women typicall have about 5% more. There is a table on this site about half-way down the page: http://www.scientificpsychic.com/fitness/diet.html
However, there is no consensus on the exact figures. Ask this question five times and you will get five answers!May 31 WT: 227.6 BF%: 33.2%
June 28 WT: 216.2 BF%: 32.0%
July 26 WT: 207.6 BF%: 30.2%
Aug 30 WT: 199.8 BF%: 28.7%
Goal WT: 155 BF%: 10.0%
