Ah sorry buddy numbers a bit confused but the lift was strong!
I don't have amazing lifts a part from my deadlift which is some what good for my size i've been told.

why does my weight matter?
does it mean that i do not take lifting and my lifts seriously? absolutely not. i lift harder than 90+% of the people in here. just because I pay attention to what i eat shouldn't make a difference.
I'm in the gym day in and day out.
honestly, how much does one have to weigh at the very least in order to get respect? I'd like to know.

I have a real problem with empty gyms and squatting.
What is an isometric exercise that works upper legs that I can do at home. I can do 20 handstand pushups, never tried to do more, but I can't even squat 200 anymore, when I could do 365 @ 135lbs.
