    I have a real problem with empty gyms and squatting.

    What is an isometric exercise that works upper legs that I can do at home. I can do 20 handstand pushups, never tried to do more, but I can't even squat 200 anymore, when I could do 365 @ 135lbs.

    Probably bulgarian split squats would do or the shotgun squats (one legged).

    If you want to work your entire leg (I know you said isometric though) you could always do sled drags.
