    495x9.9 deadlift

posted on misc got no responses. wanna see if i can get some critique on form
how i have been doing dls for years has obviously gotten me pretty far but last week i compressed a few discs repping 550
i barely use leg drive in my conv stance. never even thought about hurting my back felt invincible, now im depressed considering switching to sumo

no other reason for thread just wanna show some progress. dream is to be top level competitor

I believe the touch n' go is fine, I would just recommend to not hitch! The last 3 or 4 reps would've been red-lighted, no point in doing a rep if it is enforcing incorrect form. Good lifts though!

I'm no deadlift expert but I'd wager using your legs when you deadlift would help a lot.

    How's your back doing?
    I'm gonna make it
