long-term management of a "type III acromion" (shoulder)

For those of you who have this type III acromion (hooked - see attached pic), what exercises have you cut out completely in order to manage this?

I'm finding that wide grip lat pulls and heavier flat bench presses cause issues so am modifying those. Curious about what others have modified. thx

I know this is 2 years later, but I just thought I would ask how you dealt with your type 3 acromion. You said you were modifying your bench press? How?

I have one also, it hurts to bench press and do pretty much any chest exercise, and some shoulder exercises.

Seeing as this is a 2 year old post, how is the management of it going? Got any tips?
