    Creatine While Cutting

    Hey,
Will taking creatine during my cutting phase affect how much fat I will lose? I would like to be able to gain, or at least sustain my lean muscle mass while shedding off bodyfat. I would also assume that it would make me retain water, which wouldn't be that great either. Kind of a stupid question, I know, but if anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks!!

    You are missed!!!

    Thumbs up

according to chris aceto, expert nutritionist, its a good idea to combine creatine in your diet while cutting. he argues that creatine increases metabolism to the tune of 100 cals/day. this is posted in the new muscle in fitness which by the way, i am included in (best college bodies, #5).

Yeh DEFFIANTLY give it a go... Ive read a study before that showed it good @ preserving muscle mass while cutting... Ontop of that it can ONLY help with your strength and lifts while on a calorie restricted diet... I mean thats the biggest prob with cutting, u usually lose strength, and the creatine will help with this..

As for the water thing, its mixed.. SOme ppl look more jacked up on it, some ppl look smooth, it doesnt really matter... Just cycle it.. Take it whilst cutting then towards the end cut it out and BAM yourll lose all the water and look even leaner...!!!!
