I'm thinking hyper-extensions and standing presses, etc. Anyone else?

If you're talkin about the old-school ones where you have an Olympic barbell in a corner with a triangle attachment under the bar then I agree 100%. Your lower back/erectors have to work pretty hard to hold up weight in that exercise. It was killing me to be honest, lol.
I don't do direct lower back work right now cus I've been working on my hip flexors more, but this exercises hits the erectors hard anyways so it's not like I'm totally neglecting them, lol.
