Ok so let me get this right. Because they are 5'5 and 266lbs they cannot be put to death on death row? WTF?

You would execpt Texas to be one of the states that still hangs people considering they lead the nation in exacution rates but they don't. In fact Texas only has lethal injection now. You don't have a choice how you die there it's the needle all the way around.... unless some redneck gets a hold of ya.Only three states still have hanging as an option Delaware New Hampshire an Washington.
