cant find the story but i heard it on the radio ,, some woman who weighs like 1000lb beat her 2 yo nephew to death but is under house arrest because the jail cant accomadate her.. plus her medical costs are too high ,, how about ration her food , then put her sorry butt in jail

Ok so let me get this right. Because they are 5'5 and 266lbs they cannot be put to death on death row? WTF?

Yeap! That like to have back ups methods! It is my understanding if you wanted to you can choose which method you prefer to die by. And they seamed like such nice folks when I first moved here!!

You would execpt Texas to be one of the states that still hangs people considering they lead the nation in exacution rates but they don't. In fact Texas only has lethal injection now. You don't have a choice how you die there it's the needle all the way around.... unless some redneck gets a hold of ya.Only three states still have hanging as an option Delaware New Hampshire an Washington.
