Hello, Im looking for a preworkout supp to use but cann't figure out from the selection i have which to buy. I am looking for people with experience with the list of preworkouts supps i have and want a explanation on why you think it is a good preworkout. (Reps to people who actually answer the question.)
List:
1. Assault
2. NO Shotgun
3. 1MR
4. Animal Rage
5. White Flood

I agree with this. Pump bol is also an amazing product. Stim free but ridiculous pumps. Better then almost all of said supplements.

I haven't tried any other preworkout other then Pump-Bol. All I can say is, I will be ordering it again. I never knew what these "pumps" were that people described but now I do!

Seriously....they are all pretty good....it all comes down to preference....

If you want a quick rush of energy and possible crash later then go with 1MR (I didnt get them though)

If you want a nice steady smooth energy, awesome taste...dont mind some early tinglings...then go with Assault

I'm a little "meh" towards White Flood...Im not sure why...hence only tried a sample here n there so thats probably not a fair judgement....

White Flood would be my choice out of those. I haven't had the chance to try Assault though.

No one is going to recommend 1MR, but if you wanna go on a wild ride, try a scoop. Watch out for the crash, but for a few hours you'll be nuts.

Assault has stimulants in the form of caffeine as do all of the other products mentioned (some more heavily stim laden than others with 1MR being the most which also contains DMAA). If you are looking for stimulants these are good products, but do not consider them stim free.

Actual stim free preworkout options that are good are Pump-bol or Ultima
