Hello,
I'm 5' 8" 147.8 as of taking these pictures, my measurements are 32" waist, 36" hip.
I've been cutting from 160 for two months. I have discovered there is not much muscle under the fat I had. I was hoping to reach 9% bf on a cut and then bulk to reach a proper weight and size.
Can anyone help give me an estimate to let me know where I'm at? I used a calculator and it said I was at a bout 14.3% +/- 2%.
Thank you!!

Right thanks to some help I've worked out how to attach images (measly repped)
Started the cut in October at around 202-205 and unknown bodyfat
Now sit at about 185-186 and attached pics are of me around 187
Please tell me I've broke the 15% barrier
Cheers

Your estimate of 14-15% is probably close. I assume you used a BIA scale.
Your stats are nearly identical to mine from last summer-- check my progress pics on my profile.
This is what I did, which seemed to help. I cut from the high teen's BF% to a close to 10% without feeling weak. Like you, my cut eliminated a lot of fat... but revealed a lack of lean body mass.
So I starting eating about 10-20% above my maintenance calories and lifted heavy with primarily compound movements (eg squat, bench (barbell and dumbbell), deadlift) and a ton of pullups (like 100-120 each training session to get the V taper look).
I did this for eight weeks and then began a steady cut again. The BIA scale says that I'm 145 and 9.6% BF, but reality is closer to 12%. But my aesthetics have improved a lot. After vacation, I plan on doing another clean bulk for 3 months this time and then cutting during the summer.
So for you, I would recommend cutting a bit more to say 12% and then following something similar to what I did.
Hope this helps!"We first make our habits, then our habits make us."

I've been using this scale: healthcentral.com/cholesterol/home-body-fat-test-2774-143.html I don't know the exact formula for it but I've been keeping track of measurements each week and used what it asked for.
Yes it looks like we are very similar! I don't know if I can follow the same timeline as you, but that was general plan you just put it nicely into numbers and made it believable! Thank you!
I'm looking forward to following your progress on here. Thank you for the estimate, and motivation!

I am 5'7 126 pounds. I cut down wanting to have a six pack after being skinnyfat my whole life, but i definitely hit the cut too hard for having little muscle to begin with, and will be starting a bulk. For curiosity's sake, what bf% am i here? Both pics are relaxed. Thanks!

After a year off.
My Goal is to lose fat
186cm/6'1"
95KG/210lbs
Waist 40 Inches
Chest 40 Inches
I would really like a realistic 6 week/12 week target and BF% guess.

High 20's, ~28% maybe.
Seems right, you lack LBM btw. Which is why you don't have abs showing.
I would say ~10%, it's hard due to low LBM. Goodluck with your bulk.
Need a front unflexed photo.
Maybe around ~12%
I would say ~13-15%
Do you workout your abs directly?
High 20's, low 30's.
Bit hard when your photo's are chitty.
~17% seems like a good estimation.
You have some abs showing, but seem to hold fat in the love handle section.
Keep going with a cut, should be under 15% in no time
Congrats on the loss, you look around 16-18%. Are you lifting weights? Compound lifts?

After a year of working out, went from 260 lbs 32% bf to where I'm at now. I'd like to start cutting and see how I look, I've never been anywhere leaner than now.
My stats now are:
215 lbs
6'0"
32in waist
23 Years old
Sorry for the ****ty pics, I'm at work. .

My height is 5' 10" and I'm around 160-165. I had a BF% done when I got a physical last fall and it said 15% but I'm pretty sure that can't be right and if it was it has probably changed by now!
