To answer your question from #8:
Holidays I get two weeks off, during which time I will be hitting the gym in the morning, then doing f-word ALL for the rest of the day. Rinse and repeat until the 9th.
It will feel glorious! Hopefully I'll be able to bring myself to sub-210 by then, but the way I ate last week, eeeesh...Proud member of Team Ogre

Aye, there's the rub... I only really started on Nov 1st. Weight loss, that is.
Don't get me wrong, I'll be gorging myself on Christmas (to a point!), and drinking the night away on New Year's. But I've come too far to NOT continue through the holidays. Never been fit; never been slim; never NOT had fat on me.
