I feel like everything went down the drain. No matter how I think about it, I always think I gained a pound from last nights cheat.

If you have been working hard and eating the diet formula prescribed by most bodybuilders for the past 4-6 days, a cheat day/meal is nothing significant.

That's my problem =/ Usually on the weekends im out and about, staying at different places and dont have access to the gym, vitamins/my clean food, and often the cheapest and easiest stuff to eat is bad for you =/
However, it seems to be that if the overwhelming MAJORITY of the time is clean-eating, and only 1-2 days a week of 'bad' eating, then you will definitely still make progress, albeit a lot slower.
Plus it was st. patty's day, cmonnnnnn

After having a cheat meal I feel guilty. I use that guilt as motivation to eat better that coming week, and workout harder. I love having my cheat meals, and think having one a week is pretty beneficial. I try to keep mine not terrible though. I know some people will go to McDonalds for their cheat meal and go crazy, getting a big mac and supersized fries and ice cream or something like that. I keep mine a little more refined, say I'll go out to eat with some friends and i'll get a chicken quesadilla with some girlled chicken, cheese and some sour cream and guacomole. Its a cheat for me, but also does have some good stuff in it.

I only have 1 cheat meal per week and I feel fine about it. I do my best to keep myself under my daily energy expenditure and try to keep my meals as clean as possible. For example this week I had 5 pieces of chicken pesto pizza (has no cheese) and a diet Nestea.
Edit: Oh yea, I feel fine afterwards.Blue jays/Spartans/Colts

In my mind i dont really feel too bad about it, becuase i want to make this a life thing. And i know that if i dont have a free meal every-now-and then then i will want to quit all together. Its just not feaseable for me to eat chicken breast and broccoli 24/7/365 for the rest of my life. But physically, lol, wow. Saturday night i had 5 slices of pizza (3 sausage, 1 cheese, 1 pepperonie) and like 3-4 breadsticks. No joke i dropped turds over 7-9 times in the next 24 hours.
GOD BLESS

Eat california rolls. You have sugar in the rice, mayonaise, white rice, and imitation crab (you don't wanna know how bad that stuff is for you). Not to mention you probably will eat about 400 calories in just the rice. That's plenty for a cheat.
I'm actually getting kinda tired of seeing these threads and I've only been on here for about 2 months... I cheated. Now I feel miserable and I want to attract attention by making a thread. That's what the cheat contest thread is for.I am the master of my fate,
I am the captain of my soul.
