    Free Kettlebell Complex Ebook

For a short time only, I am offering a free Ebook on metabolic conditioning featuring a variety of kettlebell complexes. I introduce and explain a variety of my personal favorite single and double kettlebell complexes for hacking off body fat, tacking on lean muscle, dramatically improving your conditioning, and drastically enhancing your athletic abilities.

I am offering this ebook for free, in exchange for a simple two question survey, which provides me with valuable information as to what people are actually looking for in a fitness program, so that I may better serve those who visit my site.

This ebook is great for personal trainers, I use many of these complexes in both my group classes as well with many of my clients.

I look foward to hearing all of your feedback.

Pat--these complexes in your book are hugely taxing on my grip to where I find myself putting the bell down before I am able to complete the complex...any suggestions?

What size bell are you using?

One option is to opt for a lighter bell. The other is to work on strengthening your grip. Heavy farmers walks, super heavy one arm swings, and even just hanging from a thick bar all work well.
