    Bcaas and glutamine

    I just bought a bottle of Bcaas, do I need to take them if im already taking glutamine, since both of them helps in recovery? Also another question, the label on the bottle of the Bcaas say take it after workout, but I did a search on the forum and foudn alot of ppl saying take it before or during a workout, so what should i do?
