Took some shots today post chest and tricep work out. Back progress is pretty damn good imo! Triceps are starting to get mass and beginning to shape away from my arm with is something I've been struggling with. Traps picked up a lot too and shoulders but not too clear in these pics. I think I'm also a little leaner now Especially on around my chest area.
ohh and around 5lbs difference in weight. Arms grew .5 an inch...

Simple 5 Day split, working a different body part each day of the week. Used to be high volume but changing my reps to around 6-8 to get some more bulk mass in now.Started bbing 01/04/2010: 175lbs 11%BF
Current (04/11/2010):205lbs 11%BF
Bench: 230lbs
Squat: 350lbs
Deadlift: 350lbs
Total:930lbs
