    how to get bigger abs

    hey i have a question about abs, not the typicle noob question of i want abs for next weeks party or some **** like that...

    right now i am on a bulk, under a layer of fat i can feel my abs but they are rediculously puny, how do i add mass to this, ive gotten to the point where i do 75+ situps/captains chairs and dont get sore

    i just wanna get bigger abs so i can have a lil suprise under my fat when i finish my bulk and start cutting, thanks yall and please no flame

    do weighted situps/leg raises for 10-12 reps. i hold a 25lb plate above my head for situps. and i hold a 25lb dumbell with my feet for leg raises on captains chair.

    Weighted Tricep rope crunches and weighted V ups super setted will do the trick.
    Stick to a rep range of about 10-12 your abs are muscles too, they should be trained just like every other muscle.
